Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order but if for any reason you are not, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you received your order.


1- Fill out the return or exchange form here

2- Please ensure that your items are returned new, unused, with the original tags and in the original packaging.

3- Print the shipping label that we have sent to your email.

4- Deliver the package to the collection company.

Returns are free in case of a defective or incorrect product.

Otherwise, the costs of return or exchanges are assumed by the customer.

Return cost

Peninsula / Balearic Islands: €7.50

Canary Islands: €10

Europe / Rest of the world: The return will be made by the customer.

Customers outside the EU are responsible for taxes and duties.

Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded. 

Upon arrival of your return, the quality of the product and whether it meets the conditions of the return policy will be verified.


1- We will send you a card with the corresponding refund credit to your email.

2- When making your purchase you must apply the card code in the shopping cart.

3- The refund discount appears reflected and you finish your purchase by ending the product exchange.


A refund of the amount will be issued less return costs, in the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Refunds may take several business days to reflect in your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

In case of Return due to lack of data or incorrect data in your address:

-You can choose to pay for a new shipment.
-You can opt for a partial refund of your order, discounting the management + shipping costs.


Fixed cost for RETURN/EXCHANGE processes

A fixed cost of €4.50 will be applied for returns or exchanges.
